I’ve been an avid fitness enthusiast for most of my life playing sports as a kid, learning about weight training in college, and through my time serving in the United States Marine Corps. I began my training career about 3 years ago in December of 2020 becoming an ISSA Elite Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My background is in strength training, hypertrophy, and functional fitness/CrossFit. My personal philosophy with fitness is that all bodies and all people should feel welcomed and supported in their fitness journeys. For me fitness is a way to embrace our strength and resilience and uplift one another as we strive to reach our goals. I’m really looking forward to building up the BFT community as an inclusive and powerful fitness family!
