BFT studios are looking for a General Manager who will be  responsible for meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales targets by executing strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and generating member referrals. General Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. General Managers must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The General Manager is rooted in sales, marketing, and operations while upholding our mission to fuel energetic communal experience.

Our BFT studios are seeking a high-energy, passionate, and sales-motivated individual to run our Front Desk! This individual is passionate about fitness and has a love for forming a community! The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with daily operations, greet customers, book sessions, and play an active role in selling memberships to prospective and existing members.

BFT studios are searching for a  Head Coach who will oversee all studio coaches, own all aspects of the member training experience, and work closely with the owner/franchisee/studio manager to deliver the studio’s member growth and profitability aspirations.
