Body Fit Training was founded in 2017 in Melbourne, Australia by fitness industry veteran Cameron Falloon. Falloon has a training background working in the AFL and also training celebrities such as Princess Diana. Falloon took his experience training elite athletes in Australia and applied it to BFT's programming. He wanted to offer the same progressive programming that he was developing for professional athletes and make it accessible to people at all fitness levels. BFT has since expanded into New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Spain, and Scandinavia.

BFT programming features 14 different session types that range from strength, conditioning, cardio, and resistance focuses. This gives members the ability to properly recover and consistently attend sessions on a consistent basis. BFT's proprietary heart rate monitor system ensures that members are working at the correct intensity levels for each exercise during the session.
