Paul is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. A husband and father of 3 active boys, he relates to the busy life of Long Islanders, but accepts no excuses to better oneself. He has a genuine love to help others transform themselves through fitness. Through his own journey of losing more than 80 lbs, he believes in the long-term transformation that will inevitably lead to a happier and healthier life. His coaching style is tough, humorous and memorable. He will have you both sweating and laughing through your workouts.
