Ian has spent more than 13 years in all areas of athletic training and with populations of all age ranges. Through his extensive experiences, Ian has worked with professional athletes across multiple verticals. He has competed professionally as a bodybuilder and is currently an amateur Muay-Thai fighter and boxer. He has experiences in several areas of fitness including plyometrics, calisthenic fundamentals, bodybuilding, powerlifting, cross-fit and other associated areas of coaching. In addition to these methods, Ian has also designed programs for rehabilitating injured clients of all ages.
