Hey BFT community! My name is Ricardo but you can call me coach Ricky for short! I have been in personal training and instructing fitness since 2014. I've taught everything from HIIT, Rowing, Kettlebells, TRX and boot camp style classes but nothing has excited me as much as coaching my first BFT class! I look forward to experiencing and coaching the Power class the most as I love training to become more athletic and explosive while at the same time looking good in the process! I can't wait to help coach and encourage everyone of y'all all the way to your fitness goals!
Fun facts about me, I am a registered dietitian, Brazilian Jii Jitsu purple belt and kids coach, and I have a 4 year old Australian shepherd named canelo that keeps me in shape! See you in class!
