I got into fitness because truthfully, I never felt like a regular 9 to 5 was my style. Plus, I really got into lifting during college and loved all the benefits. Decided I wanted to share that with as many people as I could. I have 12 years experience in the field and my certifications include CSCS, CPT, Pn1 & Pn2. I wanted to be a part of BFT because I've always felt the group fitness arena was missing legit strength based options with a focus on providing true progression for it's members. I came across BFT and felt like it was the perfect fit.
