As our Sales & Studio Growth Lead, she’s often the first connection people have with our community - and she brings a warmth, energy, and genuineness that makes everyone feel instantly welcome. She has a natural gift for building relationships and creating connection, and plays a big role in shaping the supportive, inclusive environment we’re so proud of. Cara is deeply passionate about helping people feel seen, comfortable, and excited to be part of something bigger. A Queen’s University grad, dog mom, surfer, yogi, and adventurer, she truly embodies everything we value at BFT Eastern!
