Westfield. I’m a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in nutrition and injury
prevention, and I also hold a master’s degree in psychology. When I’m not in the gym, I work in
Customer Success where I lead a team full-time. I’m a proud mom of two beautiful daughters,
you’ll often see around the gym — they are my purpose and my “why” for showing up for myself
every day. I’m passionate about health, fitness, and helping you feel strong, supported, and
