Hey, I’m Sam—a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with a huge passion for all things wellness. Growing up with a mom who was a fitness instructor, movement has always been a part of my DNA. I used to compete in bodybuilding, so I know firsthand the power of pushing your limits—both physically and mentally. Now, I’m all about helping people find joy in movement and unlock their full potential. My goal is to make exercise something that’s approachable and fun—not just something to check off a list. When I’m not coaching or working out, you’ll find me at hot yoga, walking around the lake, reading in the sunshine, or ordering a matcha at a new coffee shop.
