I’m coach Arleth. Growing up, exercise and sports were a huge part of my life from soccer leagues, track and field, to marathons and boxing. I’ve been weight training for 4 years now and have been a NASM certified personal trainer as of this year. I currently work with seniors who have Parkinson’s alongside BFT.
I am always reading, learning and exploring new ways to increase my knowledge of the body and movement. My biggest motivator for being in this space is that it’s inclusive to everyone! Whether you’re a beginner looking to build muscle or a more seasoned athlete, fitness is for everyone and anyone at any point in their life.
