Meet Coach Tanya! She is a dedicated fitness professional holding certifications from NASM as a Personal Trainer and a Small Group Personal Training Specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and six years of expertise in both one-on-one coaching and dynamic group fitness. Tanya began her career shortly after moving to the South Bay in 2009 and firmly believes that "fitness is more than a six-pack," emphasizing training for functional strength, mental well-being, confidence, and longevity. Her own journey taught her the power of fitness to shape the mind and body, and she is committed to creating a supportive, motivating atmosphere where camaraderie is key to success and sustainable growth. A fun fact is that Tanya is known as the "mad baking trainer" for her love of baking (especially during the Holidays) and enjoys catching a movie with her family, popcorn in hand.
