She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist with a strong background as a competitive swimmer for 10 years and a track and cross-country athlete for 5 years. With over five years of experience in personal training, strength and conditioning for youth, group exercise, and corporate wellness, she brings an adaptable, science-backed coaching style to every session. She loves that BFT’s progressive programming makes effective training accessible to everyone. Her philosophy centers on helping people show up for themselves, build confidence through movement, and create lasting habits that make them feel and live better every day. Outside the gym, Brenda is a boy dog mom who enjoys running, reading, and watching mystery movies.
