Meet Coach Drew! He started practicing progressive training in 2018, which sparked a relentless pursuit of proficiency across a variety of disciplines, leading him to coach group fitness, personal training, competitive powerlifting, and competitive bodybuilding. He earned his NASM CPT certification in 2020 and is an advocate for BFT because of the value placed on progressive strength training and the unique use of the PXI system to teach appropriate effort and intensity.
