Sam has been coaching at BFT since January 2026 and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, specializing in hypertrophy, fat loss, functional strength and mobility training, along with nutritional guidance and habit coaching. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, consistency, and resilience. Expect a structured, high-energy class with a strong focus on proper technique, consistency, and long-term progress. Sam creates a supportive environment where members feel challenged, motivated, and confident to safely push their limits. His favorite movement is the deadlift, and his go-to program is Shred.
