Mike

Mike has 10 years of coaching experience and recently joined the team. He holds USAW Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certifications. His coaching style is detailed yet simple, making complex movements easy to understand. Mike shines on strength days, especially when it comes to the squat. Members can expect to leave his classes having learned something new, while also enjoying a fun, stress-free hour away from their day. Outside the gym, Mike is a huge music and movie fan, competes in CrossFit, travels often, and somehow loves food no one else does 😆. His favorite is sushi.
