Desi

Desi has over 10 years of coaching experience and has been part of the BFT family since the very beginning. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and is a Nutrition Specialist. Her coaching style is athletic, intentional, and encouraging, with a strong emphasis on lower body strength. You’ll often catch Desi coaching Strength Lower Body, where her favorite movements include hip thrusts and step-ups. Her classes are challenging yet supportive, making sure every member feels seen, coached, and empowered to push safely while having fun and building confidence. Desi brings positive energy, laughs, and great workouts, fueled by old-school hip-hop and EDM mixes. She loves all Mexican food, staying active, and spending quality time with her dogs.
