Fitness has always been a major part of his life, starting back in high school where he played competitive basketball. That foundation led him to develop a passion for strength training and conditioning—not just for performance, but for building long-term health and confidence.
His coaching style is focused, supportive, and results-driven. His specialties are strength and conditioning, building muscle, improving endurance, and pushing past your limits—whether you’re a beginner or experienced athlete.
