Jackson is originally from North Carolina and has been passionate about fitness from a young age, growing up competing in baseball and building a strong foundation in athletic performance. That passion led him to pursue coaching and personal training certification with one clear goal, helping others build confidence, discover their physical potential, and realise they’re capable of more than they think. His training style blends strength, conditioning, and athletic performance with a focus on energy, accountability, and making every session both challenging and enjoyable. He’s also a huge fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cincinnati Reds!
