Dre

Fitness Coach | Athlete | PA-C | Mentor Dre is originally from New York, now based in sunny Florida since 2001. His passion for fitness began in childhood when he started training Tae Kwon Do Karate, where he learned discipline, grit, and perseverance while competing across the five boroughs of NYC. As he grew, he fell in love with basketball, playing at both the high school and college levels. It was on the court that he truly embraced the values of sacrifice, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character-principles that continue to guide him today. After college, he pursued a career in medicine and earned his Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant, specializing in musculoskeletal injuries for the past 18 years. My medical background has given me a deep understanding of human movement, injury prevention, and functional strength - insight I bring into every training session. Today, he coaches and trains middle school basketball and soccer players, helping young athletes grow in confidence, skill, and mindset. In 2020, he became a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, combining his love for fitness, sports, and healthcare to help clients safely achieve their goals—whether they're just getting started or pushing toward peak performance. What to expect when taking Dre's session: "My mission is to empower others to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the journey, all while keeping fitness fun, safe, and sustainable.
