Tanya

Tanya may be newer to coaching, but her personal fitness journey has been years in the making. After recently completing her certifications, she’s excited to share her passion for health and movement by supporting others on their fitness paths. She holds certifications as a CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist, DTS Level 1, and DTS Barbell Strength. Tanya’s coaching style is positive, supportive, and encouraging. She helps members safely push their limits while also offering thoughtful modifications when learning new movements or navigating lower-energy days. Fun fact: After university, Tanya backpacked across Australia, purchasing a well-loved car with friends and driving over 10,000 km across the country. The car was eventually left on the side of a road in Sydney - and she still wonders what happened to it.
