Sid is a dedicated CrossFit and functional fitness coach with nearly a decade of experience helping athletes move better, get stronger, and train with confidence. His background includes powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics, with a strong focus on lifting mechanics, mobility, and long-term joint health.
Sid has extensive experience coaching both group classes and one-on-one sessions, meeting athletes where they are and prioritizing steady, sustainable progress. His coaching style emphasizes quality movement, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development - whether members are learning a new lift, returning from injury, or building everyday strength.
He has also played an active role in the CrossFit community by organizing in-house competitions and charity events, blending performance with meaningful community impact.
