Nick
Nick’s fitness journey began through elite sport, training for many years in a professional soccer academy in Spain where discipline and performance were part of daily life. After experiencing a hamstring injury, he transitioned into strength training and rehabilitation - sparking a deep passion for body transformation and performance-based training.
Nick holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and is certified in Personal Training, Group Training, and training older adults. He specializes in hypertrophy and strength training, with a strong focus on building lean muscle and reducing body fat safely and effectively.
His coaching style is built on hard work, consistency, and intention. Nick believes in pushing limits while maintaining excellent technique, helping members grow stronger, more confident, and more disciplined both inside and outside the gym.
Fun fact: Despite his tough gym presence, Nick is scared of heights.
