Emily

Emily has over five years of experience as a personal trainer and is certified through ISSA. Her passion for movement began long before her coaching career, growing up immersed in sports including soccer, dance, and horseback riding. Fitness has always been a natural part of her life, and she thrives on staying active and challenging herself. Emily began her coaching journey during COVID, working with seniors over Zoom and learning how to make fitness accessible, adaptable, and enjoyable for everyone. Having navigated her own complex relationship with exercise and recovery, she is deeply committed to helping clients find movement they genuinely enjoy - without guilt or punishment. Her coaching style emphasizes growth through discomfort, both physically and mentally, while always leading by example. Emily loves showing people what they’re capable of and watching confidence grow session by session. Outside the gym, Emily is an endurance enthusiast, having completed three marathons (including her first run entirely to Justin Bieber’s Never Say Never), two HYROX races, and she’s currently training for a Half Ironman in 2026.
