Beth

Beth’s relationship with movement began at age three in her first ballet class. She went on to enjoy a career in dance performance and teaching throughout her 20s before returning to university to become a physical therapist. A BFT member for three years, Beth is thrilled to step into a coaching role and combine her love of fitness with her professional background. Her coaching style blends her experience in dance and physiotherapy, with a strong focus on biomechanics, injury prevention, and thoughtful, hands-on corrections. Beth values joy in movement, mental health, and fostering a strong sense of belonging in the gym. Members can expect to learn something new, move with intention, and share a few laughs along the way. Her favourite BFT classes are XTX and Strength Endurance. Current goals include improving her running pace and endurance and training up to men’s weights to compete in HYROX mixed doubles with her partner in May 2026. Outside the gym, Beth enjoys walking her dog Stella through Riverdale Park.
