Alice

Movement and sport have been central to Alice’s life from an early age. During university, she developed a structured training routine focused on strength and conditioning to support her athletic pursuits, including premier-level dragon boat racing and women’s semi-professional tackle football. As her training deepened, so did her fascination with biomechanics and human movement, ultimately leading her to pursue coaching full-time. Alice is a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, coaching across multiple modalities including strength training, HIIT, and mat Pilates. Her coaching style is upbeat, encouraging, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on alignment, technique, and intentional movement. Alice’s goal is to help members push their limits, build mental resilience, and feel challenged, supported, and motivated in every class. Fun fact: Alice has lived in four countries outside of Canada and speaks five languages.
