TRAINING WITH A PURPOSE

BFT's science-backed and tested progressive programming is specifically designed to burn fat, build lean muscle and help members reach their fitness goals. Our programming consists of 13 program types that are cycled through and progressed to provide the most balanced, well rounded group training program service offering on the market.


RESISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAMS

STRENGTH
Strength is the true foundation of our BFT programming. This is a program in which you will be challenged to lift heavier weights and because of that expect longer rest periods.

PUMP
This program is a high-volume resistance session giving your muscles the ultimate pump through isolation exercises. These sessions will target either upper and lower body muscle groups.

HYPER
A session focusing on high volume, hypertrophy (muscle growth) style with form and function as the main focus. Expect unilateral loaded movements with a slight twist on many of the traditional resistance training exercises. This session will alternate between upper and lower body focus.

H.I.R.T
Stands for “High-Intensity Resistance Training.” This session offers three different styles of training in one session - EMOM "every minute on the minute", AMRAP "as many reps as possible" & YGIG “you go, I go.” A session designed to complement and reinforce the movement patterns prescribed in our Strength sessions.

POWER
During this session you will be challenged through explosive movements at a fast pace. Life is dynamic at times and it is critical that we can move dynamically with it.

CONDITIONING PROGRAMMING

CARDIO SUMMIT

This is a program designed to target your aerobic energy system and ultimately increase work capacity. Summit is about working hard but not at max effort.

This program is all about You (U)! Expect extended work periods with varying intensities. A program designed to better understand where your physical limits lie and how quickly your body can recover from intense work periods.

Cardio HIIT
A High-Intensity Intermittent Training program where you will train at an intensity only possible in short bursts. Simple, not easy.

CREWFIT
Experience the ultimate high-energy session where teamwork is key! Equal parts synergy and performance, CrewFit will have you sweating it out with your fellow teammates as you work to improve endurance and efficiency across all energy systems through high-intensity cardio conditioning.

RESISTANCE + CONDITIONING PROGRAMS

XTX
A program designed built around metabolic complexes and resistance training. Short and long-duration meant to target your aerobic system.

STRENGTH ENDURANCE
This program is designed to build lasting strength by combining resistance training with conditioning. Prepare for heart rates to range from moderate to high intensity prescription, targeting all energy systems within the same session.

SHRED
This session provides the best of both worlds, the perfect mix of conditioning and strength training. Heart rate prescriptions rarely move into the “max effort” range, as we try to keep these sessions quite aerobic. Build lean muscle and increase your aerobic capacity within the same session. This is the ultimate session for burning calories and building strength.
