I’m Coach Nikki I got started in fitness when my mom (who also trained) would wake me and my sister up on the weekends and had us hitting combos on the mitts. My favorite type of workout is strength training 🏋🏻‍♀️ or boxing inspired 🥊 My favorite exercise is landmine squat to press. My guilty food is a turtle sundae from Braums - O M G 😋😋 A fun fact is that I’ve jumped out of an airplane and remember almost none of it because the adrenaline rush was so intense. But it’s all on video 😅🙌🏼!
