Andria

Andria has 10 years of experience in the fitness field ranging from group fitness, personal training, and teaching yoga. She has her NASM personal training certification as well as her 200 hour yoga certification. Andria has completed several half marathons and one full marathon. She also spent several years training and performing as a salsa dancer. She currently stays active by strength training, kettlebell workouts, hot yoga, and hiking. Along with her passion for fitness, she also works as a therapist for adolescents.
