I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for just over 8 years now. I am absolutely fascinated with biomechanics, anatomy & physiology so you’ll definitely hear a lot about that in class with me! Being a naturally lanky person, I fell in love with the ability to build your body & progressively get stronger. I hold multiple certifications to include Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist, Functional Movement Specialist & Fitness Nutrition Specialist. My mission is to help more people discover the strongest version of themselves while also maintaining their body’s integrity through great form, progressive overload at a safe pace & maintaining mobility for range of motion as we age. Movement isn’t a given so let’s make the most of it!
