I have been involved in sports and athletics most of my life but after college my focus shifted, and I started to value the internal benefits of exercise. Working in the corporate world, I realized I needed an outlet to deal with stress. I began running local 5k and 10k races and then moved to the marathon. I have completed 8 marathons, including the Boston Marathon and numerous half marathons. I have been involved in the DFW running community for the past 15 + years, coaching several local running clubs. I am passionate about combining endurance and strength training which is why I love Body Fit Training. My favorite part of being a coach is seeing others accomplish something they once thought impossible. I hope to inspire others to fall in love with fitness or continue their journey, always seeking to be strong!!!
